"If you love the business, creative solutions come easily," says Chuck Thibedeau, CCIM, President of Integrated Realty Resources, LLC, an entrepreneur with more than thirty years in the commercial and residential real estate business and possessing a strong competence in advanced financial analysis. This broad experience gives him an elevated, but detailed perspective from the viewpoint of investor, property manager, broker, and tenant. 

The IRR team is comprised of Chuck Thibedeau, CCIM, President; Michael J. (Mike) Lawler, CCIM, Vice President; Kevin Connor, Senior Project Manager; Noah Siebert, Asset Manager; Laurie Gagne, Finance Manager; Kim Feindel, Office Administrator; Teresa LaFerriere, Property Accountant; Danny Beaulieu, Maintenance and Construction Superintendent; Brittany Wilcox, Maintenance Coordinator; Greg McGonigle, Maintenance Technician; and Justin DuFresne, Maintenance Technician.

Guiding principles begin with building and maintaining a strong team of supportive veteran professionals to anticipate problems and draw on their resources, finding the best solution for the client and those similarly involved. IRR’s hallmark style of communication is clear, respectful, and transparent, serving as a conduit for upholding commitments and ethically delivering creative solutions through disciplined implementation. Kevin Connor, Senior Project Manager explains it by stating, "For each client, I like to use graphics, pictures, and diagrams in all of my reports. The only thing the owners ever say is, ‘I saw that picture’ or ‘I saw that floor plan. Now it makes sense.’ It tells me that every aspect of the project is understandable to them because it’s digestible. The use of graphics as a tool to promote transparent communication throughout the project minimizes problems." Maintenance and Construction Superintendent, Danny Beaulieu has been praised by building owners and tenants for his proactive and creative handling of maintenance issues., something he takes pride in, as it demonstrates the guiding principles that IRR values.

Often working alongside lenders, brokers, contractors, engineers, accountants, vendors, and attorneys, IRR is highly regarded in the investment property management space. Projects and responsibilities which are contracted by clients include fit-ups, buildouts, elevator installation, roof replacement, HVAC installation, snow removal, multi-tenant utility matters, and liaising between architectural design and structural engineering compliance. Property owners look at the ‘macro’ of building operations. Landlords and residential management focus on all aspects of the day-to-day operations and maintenance. When IRR walks through a building, we look at everything with fresh eyes and note what needs to be fixed or replaced. The value we add is that we can expedite improvement planning and work with outside vendors to make any budgetary upgrades, increasing the value of the property.
