"If you love the business, creative solutions come easily," says Charles W. Thibedeau, Jr., CCIM, President of Integrated Realty Resources, LLC, an entrepreneur with more than thirty years in the commercial and residential real estate business. Chuck credits his mentor, Dick Cane, for encouraging his initiative and praising the creative solutions he consistently demonstrated early on in his career.
Chuck built the IRR brand on his ability to seize an opportunity to restore a property and turn it into viably-competitive real estate. He possesses hands-on, bricks and mortar experience, comprehensive knowledge of the local market, and strong competence on advanced financial analysis, allowing him to speak with authority on these subjects. Chuck’s broad experience gives him an elevated, but detailed, perspective from the viewpoint of investor, property manager, broker, and tenant. This spherical view differentiates him from his competitors and what his clients have come to rely on.
Often working alongside lenders, brokers, contractors, engineers, accountants, vendors, and attorneys, Chuck and his team are highly regarded in the investment property management space. Guiding principles begin with building and maintaining a strong team and Chuck is proud to have supportive veteran professionals anticipate problems and draw on their resources, to find the best solution for the client and those similarly involved. In addition to Chuck, the IRR team is comprised of Mike Lawler, CCIM, Vice President; Laurie Gagne, Accountant; Danny Beaulieau, Sr. Maintenance Tech; and, Richard Hilton, Maintenance Tech. With a focus on clients and their tenants, IRR’s hallmark style of communication is clear, respectful, and transparent, serving as a conduit for upholding commitments, and ethically delivering creative solutions through disciplined implementation.
Projects and responsibilities that the IRR team are contracted by clients include fit-ups, build-outs, elevator installation, roof replacement, HVAC installation, snow removal, multi-tenant utility matters, and liaising between architectural design and structural engineering compliance. Residential management includes all facets of property management.
Chuck’s other commercial initiatives include investments, either with partners or as a solo investor. A native Texan, Chuck graduated from Daniel Webster College and enjoys spending time with his wife and children, two sons and a daughter. He also enjoys riding his Harley Davidson from Daytona to Key West and participates in long-distance motorcycle rides.
