Chuck’s proactive drive and his deep knowledge of the commercial and residential real estate market in southern New Hampshire serve as the basis of his success in improving undervalued property. His matchless record of transforming millions of square footage for the benefit of landlords and tenants, to protect their investment and suit their needs, respectively, set him apart and well above his competition.

Samples of these accomplishments include:

*When assuming oversight of a one-million square foot commercial property, after its first three years had only leased 750,000 square feet. Within the first two years under Chuck’s management, he had successfully secured 100% occupancy with an 18% increase in net operating income.

*Renewing a tenant for a $6 million lease.

*Assisting a client in selling a portfolio of 180,000 square feet.

Other examples of accomplishments encompass representing clients who are first-time investors and need experienced guidance and reassurance when transacting an expensive real estate deal, as well as leading large, established businesses through their complex commercial real estate transactions.
