One of the many projects that were completed this summer by taking advantage of the nicer weather, IRR stayed busy making capital improvements to several of the properties and facilities it manages. This included looking after the roof of our own building, at 8025 South Willow Street. Pictured here is one of our Maintenance Technicians, Justin DuFresne, painting gas lines.


This job is one of the many tasks that our maintenance technicians are capable of handling. For our clients, we use an app called 'AppFolio Property Manager' and this efficient tool allows our clients, as well as our maintenance technicians, to fill out a maintenance request and report on the job's progress, respectively,

One of the many large projects that IRR has managed this year is the reroofing of 26 Clinton Drive in Hollis, New Hampshire. The structure forms a “U” shape and has approximately 108,000 rentable square feet. The suite numbers run from 101 to 125. The roofing project directly covers suites 121 to 125. The work is being completed by Northpoint Roofing.


Roofing projects of this magnitude are common for IRR. Our expertise in managing the process and collaborating with the vendor to expedite a project to its completion requires skillful planning and transparent communication, in addition to a superior understanding of all aspects of what is involved.

Located next to Manchester Airport is a commercial property, 17 Tinker Avenue. IRR has contracted with Northpoint Roofing to reroof the building through a staged repair process. The building has four tenants and will benefit from this reroofing project, which will take about three weeks to complete.

A recent example of a renovation project that IRR facilitated was painting the facade of a 20,000-square-foot property. Keeping with current trends, we opted to paint using three different shades to designate the different units. There are ten units of warehouse space in this structure, with seven tenants, currently. 


The building is fully occupied and features mixed-use with a veteran-owned distillery, a hair products supplier, a home improvement company, and a sports memorabilia screen print business, to name a few.
