 “Chuck can be characterized as knowledgeable, dependable, possessing common sense and utilizing his skills appropriately.  He examines a problem or issue with a property thoroughly and draws on his resources to facilitate a solution.  He understands the values and priorities of tenants and landlords and seeks to create a win-win situation for everyone.  One example that stands out included an issue tenants were having with their utilities.  There was a single meter for multiple tenants, resulting in some tenants overpaying.  Chuck recognized that implementing a sub-meter system would resolve the issue and thereby make invoicing more equitable for the tenants.  His process of liaising between tenants and landlords earns him trust and respect.  His experience, and his friendliness, make him valued and appreciated.”
