Our team has worked with investors and non-profits for loan and funding sources. Lender appetites for full, limited, or non-recourse loans for owner-user, Single Tenant Net Leased (STNL) facilities, and the myriad of other income producing property types are ever-changing. We have extensive contacts within the lending community, experience operating loan portfolios, and serving on a loan committee.
