Financial Consulting—Loan Package Development

Led by IRR’s CCIM management team, we offer financial consulting support to commercial investors. First, if you are an existing investor/client, the IRR management team supports the physical appearance, including tenant portfolios to maximize the value of the property for day-to-day operations, as well as when divestiture might be considered. 


Whether you are considering a refinance, or initial acquisition financing, our team is uniquely qualified to assist you in assembling a package that will be well received by various lending sources and their underwriters. Our team has worked with investors and non-profits for loan and funding sources. Lender appetites for full, limited, or non-recourse loans for owner-user, Single Tenant Net Leased (STNL) facilities, and the myriad of other income producing property types are ever-changing. We have extensive contacts within the lending community, experience operating loan portfolios, and serving on a loan committee. This wide range of experience enables IRR to tailor our loan bid packages to meet what specific lenders and their underwriters need to provide the best response.
