"Chuck and I have known each other for around twenty‐five years. During this time, we have completed somewhere in the vicinity of $20 million in new buildings and renovations to existing buildings. At times, we collaborate on fit‐up projects for tenants, some projects as large as thirty- and forty‐thousand square feet. Some of the more involved projects we have collaborated on include new elevators within existing buildings, building envelope studies, existing roof analysis and repairs, as well as HVAC equipment analysis.
