Commercial real estate (CRE) management is about collaborating with ownership to achieve target objectives. In many cases, management is focused on optimizing asset cash flow and long term sustainability. In the non-profit sector, commercial management is about maximizing efficiencies, making the property “work” for the community.
Integrated Realty Resources has been built around the commercial investor. We handle all aspects of managing and optimizing the commercial investment including facilities management, tenant retention, vacancy management, filling vacancies, client consulting, financial reporting, and insurance management. The structure forms a “U” shape and has approximately 108,000 rentable square feet. The suite numbers run from 101 to 125. The roofing project directly covers suites 121 to 125. The work is being completed by Northpoint Roofing.
Roofing projects of this magnitude are common for IRR. Our expertise in managing the process and collaborating with the vendor to expedite a project to its completion requires skillful planning and transparent communication, in addition to a superior understanding of all aspects of what is involved.

“I inherited Chuck when I bought a particular building. He is very good at management asset for the 100,000 square foot, multi-tenant, industrial property. The best example I can give is when our property had a leak in the sprinkler system. I was out of state at my son’s graduation and unaware of the problem, when Chuck called me and said, “Don’t worry. It’s all taken care of.” This property had been a recent purchase, so Chuck’s immediate and complete handling of the problem impressed me and highlighted his value. This same building was fifty percent filled when I bought it. The other fifty percent had been vacant for nine years. Chuck and I collaborated on filling the space, and within twenty-four months, we accomplished doing just that. His knowledge of leasing and tenant fit-ups proved to be invaluable.”
