Vacancy Management

Empty space is a drag on the financial delivery of your investment. IRR is very conscious of managing leases to ensure that lease expirations and renewals are handled in advance. As leases term for the new IRR client, we look to options for “laddering” lease expirations. Essentially, we want to avoid a high percentage of building space renewing, or possibly vacating, at the same time.
